National Civil Law Custody Institute for Legal Assistance for Victim (LAV) Grantee Attorneys of the
United States Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women (OVW)

March 27-28, 2008 in San Diego, CA                     **REGISTRATION FULL

The ABA Commission on Domestic Violence, in partnership with OVW and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy will host a two-day National Civil Law Custody Institute on March 27-28, 2008 in San Diego, California. This Institute will provide an opportunity for attorneys who represent victims in contested family law and civil protection order cases involving custody issues to enhance their skills and knowledge. Eligible participants are attorneys who are current Legal Assistance for Victims (LAV) grantees from the United States Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women.
