PROJECTS & ACTIVITIES

ADR POLICIES
The DR Section is involved in various ADR policy-related projects via committees, task forces or joint work with other entities.

ACTION WITH PRO BONO POLICY
The Dispute Resolution Resource Center's Pro Bono and Legal Services Dispute Resolution Project

LAWYER AS PROBLEM SOLVER
The Section has a number of programs available for law students, graduate students and dispute resolution faculty. Student Internships are available too.

COMMITTEES & TASK FORCES
DR Section members are active in 40 committees and 10 task forces, specializing in various aspects of the ADR field.

E-FORUMS
ADR List Service is an open e-mail discussion group for exchange of information about the dispute resolution field. Section members participate also in member and committee-specific list services.



Section of Dispute Resolution welcomes a diversity of viewpoints. Articles and resources posted on the Section web site, therefore, reflect the views of authors, and do not necessarily represent the position of the American Bar Association or the Section of Dispute Resolution.
