Your dues include a subscription to Dispute Resolution Magazine (quarterly), Just Resolution (a monthly members only e-newsletter), and other Section resources. Membership dues in the American Bar Association and ABA Section of Dispute Resolution are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, such dues may be deductible as a business expense.
