Over the years, court programs have spent countless hours designing marketing materials, forms and reports from scratch in attempts to market and streamline their program. In response to this need, the Section of Dispute Resolution has gathered examples of rules, forms, brochures and more that are used in courts across the country to support ADR programs. It is our hope that these resources will save courts time and money, and also generate ideas of how to courts can improve their programs.
