The American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution serves as a resource to student ADR organizations and faculty advisors. The Section of Dispute Resolution is one of the fastest growing sections within the ABA. Our membership includes lawyers, mediators, arbitrators, judges, professors, law students and many others.
The Section of Dispute Resolution can help student organizations with the following:
- Identify ABA DR Section members who might serve as mentors.
- Identify potential speakers or programs.
- Establish a peer mediation program in your community.
- Locate resources for dispute resolution papers and research.
