Program Survey
The Section has developed this clearinghouse of contact information in order to track the growth of court ADR and provide basic details to court personnel, members of the public and practicing attorneys regarding the specific programs available in various jurisdictions. The clearinghouse is a catalog of ADR points of contact, with phone numbers and e-mail addresses (where available), at a variety of court levels. In addition, each listing has a brief synopsis of the type(s) of ADR program the court manages and its scope.
