USAGE AGREEMENT
This on-line version of the American Bar Association ("ABA") Member Directory (the "Member Directory") for real-time member-only access is provided by the ABA to you ("you" or "user"), subject to the terms of this on-line agreement ("Agreement"), and the rules that may be published from time to time by the ABA. The Member Directory is provided as a free service to users who agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The ABA reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time. Users who violate the terms of this Agreement may be permanently banned from using this service. USAGE OF THE MEMBER DIRECTORY WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THIS SERVICE.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:Users of this directory should be aware that the ABA has the exclusive rights and privileges in and to the copyright of the Member Directory. It is protected by U.S. Copyright laws and international treaty provisions, and must be treated like any other copyrighted material. Use of the material contained in the Member Directory is solely intended for the individual and private use of the User. ABA grants you a license to use the material contained in the Member Directory solely for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You agree that you will not download, rent, lease, sell, distribute, transmit, or otherwise transfer all or any portions of the content of the Member Directory or otherwise take any other action in violation of the ABA's copyright OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY THE ABA including, but not limited to, use or transmission of data for solicitation and /or commercial purposes.
