Publication opportunities abound for young lawyers in the ABA IPL. Here are just a few:
Landslide Landslide is ABA-IPL's new magazine forum for discussion of intellectual property issues. Check out the link on the right hand side of this page to learn more about an immediate opportunity to "Make Your Mark."
The Annual Review Are you interested in being listed as a contributor in a printed publication? Take a look at the list of contributors for the most recent copy of the Annual Review. As you can see, providing a case summary for the Annual Review can be a great way to get listed as a contributor in a printed publication. UPDATE: Committee 104 is currently looking for young lawyers or law students to assist in preparing notes on several cases for the Section Annual Review. Books The Young Lawyers Committee recently formed a subcommittee that is committed to updating the Section pubication titled "ABA IPL Introduction to Careers in IP." There will be more on this new opportunity in the coming weeks.
The Young Lawyers Division Opportunities abound for new practitioners throughout the ABA. Consider submitting an article to the The Young Lawyer, the Young Lawyers Division's practice-oriented publication which focuses on matters of interest for the new lawyer. Programming Opportunities
Practical Tips on IP Law Webinar The Young Lawyer's Committee is working to create a webinar series on Practical Tips on IP Law. Participating on this sub-committee presents multiple networking opportunities, as you will have the opportunity to reach out to the leaders in IP law.
