Serves as a liaison between the Section Officers and the State Chairs and Committee Chairs in Division II. Provides oversight and consults with the State Chairs and Committee Chairs in Division II to assure that the State Chairs and Committees are active, having regular meetings of substance, and their activities are compliant with Section and ABA policies. Coordinates the submission, by State Chairs and Committee Chairs in the Division, of activity reports for the quarterly Council meetings and the annual summary report for the Council meeting held at the Annual ABA meeting.
