To review and comment on proposed legislation and regulations concerning federal procurement of commercial products and services, including GSA's multiple award schedule. January CPSC Meeting Announcement The next meeting of the Commercial Products and Services Committee will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2010, from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. at the offices of Wiley Rein LLP, 1776 K Street, NW, Washington, DC. In addition to a discussion of recent cases, rule changes and other topics of interest to the committee, our next meeting will feature a presentation by Tony Fuller of Baker Tilly Beers + Cutler regarding "GSA Schedule Pricing Analysis and CSP Disclosures." This is a great opportunity to hear about some of the challenging data and pricing analysis issues from a non-legal perspective who has recently been in the details of the analysis for some of the largest GSA Schedule contractors. Among the topics to be discussed are the following: Common challenges and best practices for performing GSA commercial pricing analysis and preparing Commercial Sales Practices (CSP) disclosure.
Frequent issues that arise in GSA Schedule price negotiations, along with pre-award audit and defective pricing risks.
Proposed changes in CSP instructions, including the proposed CSP-2 form for professional services.
Lunch will be served for $7 per person. Please RSVP to Roberta Wadsworth at rwadsworth@wileyrein.com by Tuesday, January 26th if you plan to attend. If you wish to participate by telephone, email Roberta Wadsworth and she will provide you with a dial-in number.
