This Committee concentrates on the Eurasian region encompassing Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Tajikistan (all former Soviet Union countries except for Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia).

Welcome to the Russia/Eurasia Committee website. While you are here, please download the current issue of our quarterly, award-winning Newsletter and our biweekly Eurasian Law news briefs. This site also offers bibliographies of law review articles and other resources. And this is your gateway to our listserv, which you are welcome to use to seek assistance and information from Committee members or to provide assistance and information to them.

We will be following up on the Section's highly successful Resolution of Russia-Related Business Disputes: The Next Wave conference in Moscow on September 21 with a teleconference on the Enforcement of Arbitral Awards in Russia and Ukraine on November 17.
