Welcome to the home page of the Information Services, Technology and Data Protection Committee! This committee identifies critical substantive international legal issues in data protection and technology and facilitates the Section's consideration of these issues. It advises Section leadership on structural and other Section changes that may be needed to ensure coverage of these issues, facilitates coordination of committee programs and other activities on these issues and serves as the Section focal point for contacts with other ABA sections and other U.S. and international organizations actively involved in data protection and technology issues.
We have a number of exciting projects underway and welcome your active participation. Please contact Mark Field and/or Jacqueline Klosek if you would like to get involved in any of our activities.
