Program Title: U.S. Export Controls vs. Canadian Human Rights and Employment Laws ? Conflict or Compatibility?

Program Date: February 13, 2009

Program Description: This program will discuss the nuts and bolts of the EAR and ITAR as they relate to the hiring and treatment of Canadian employees and the potential conflicts with Canadian human rights and employment laws. Industry speakers and counsel willoffer their perspectives on navigating both legal regimes and strategies for addressing these conflicts.
