Section of International Law: Law Student, LLM & New Lawyer Outreach Committee

Section of International Law:
Law Student, LLM & New Lawyer Outreach Committee

About the Commitee

The Law Student, LLM, and New Lawyer Outreach Committee (Outreach Committee) promotes the ABA Section of International Law to law students, LLMs and new lawyers, encourages them to participate in Section activities, and provides members with information about international law and practice.

The Outreach Committee has been best known recently for sponsoring the Section's Pathways to Employment in International Law program, which brings law students and new lawyers together with experienced legal practitioners to explore opportunities for employment in international law. For more information on Pathways, click here.

Now, the Outreach Committee is expanding and enhancing its efforts to facilitate new members' involvement in the Section, especially law students, who now enjoy FREE SECTION MEMBERSHIP when they join the ABA Law Student Division.

Keep coming back to learn more about how to get the most out of your Section membership! If you're a law student, then the Outreach Committee encourages you to check out the Section's Student Headquarters. The Student Headquarters also has valuable information on international law. You can reach the Student Headquarters by clicking "Student Headquarters" on the left-hand side of this page or by clicking here.

Have other questions about the Outreach Committee? Please feel free to contact Co-Chairs Russell Dombrow or Celmira Jamett, or Vice-Chairs Amy Aiq, Cathal Duffy, Augustus Golden, Adrian Kim, Cassandra Spring, Sameep Vijayvergiya, or Ingrid White. Ingrid also happens to be the Law Student Division Liaison to the Section of International Law.
