The Committee on Corporate Compliance focuses on providing assistance to in-house counsel and compliance professionals in developing, implementing, reviewing and evolving effective organizational compliance programs. The committee employs the seven elements of the federal sentencing guidelines, along with other regulations, statutes and appropriate case law, to develop materials and programs designed to reflect both current best practices and next generation approaches to corporate compliance in all relevant industries, domestic and international. The committee stays abreast of litigation, regulatory and legislative developments, maintaining contact with regulators and special interest groups to ensure all positions are addressed.
