The Task Force on Forms Under Revised Article 9 was formed in 2000 to develop and promulgate best practices in secured lending. A book of forms (Forms Under Revised Article 9) was published by the Task Force in 2002 (and can be purchased from the ABA). We are currently working on a second set of forms, and would welcome your participation.
