This Committee focuses on important recent developments in all aspects
of business financing provided primarily by institutional and major
commercial investors (e.g. privately placed secured and unsecured
corporate financings, 144A financings, project financings, new kinds of
equity, securitizations and new markets). Where appropriate, the
Committee becomes involved in shaping those developments by working
with regulators and other stakeholders including borrowers, issuers,
investment bankers, lenders, and other providers of financing and their
counsel.
