Mission Statement The Subcommittee on Intellectual Property is devoted to the study of intellectual property issues as they relate to electronic commerce and the Internet. The Subcommittee is currently drafting a book on intellectual property for the general business lawyer. The publication will identify issues and solutions for general business lawyers who deal in intellectual property matters and who need a quick and handy reference.
