Corporate Governance

Who We Are

The Corporate Governance Committee engages in education, discussion and thought leadership in areas of corporate governance of relevance to it's members. It seeks to include in its activities, organizations and individuals whose interest intersect with the interests of the Committee. It provides benefits to its members through meetings and programs at meetings of the Association and the Section of Business Law, conference calls and webinars and through white papers, reports, newsletters and precedents developed by its subcommittees and task forces.
