Corporate General Counsel

Mission Statement

The Committee consists of general counsel from large corporations and honorary members, who were previously general counsels. The mission of the Corporate General Counsel is to provide a forum where general counsel of corporations who lead legal departments of 10 or more attorneys may exchange ideas and experiences about substantive, administrative and ethical law issues facing them and their corporate clients, and to advance the consensus views of corporate general counsel on issues relevant to the Committee through the American Bar Association or other organizations.
