The "BCL" Committee focuses on the principal substantive areas of litigation affecting business enterprises and promotes the establishment of business courts and other effective means of resolving business disputes. Through its more than 25 subcommittees, in programs, publications and other activities, the Committee monitors important litigation developments affecting business, facilitates a sharing of professional experiences and ideas among our members, including in-house and outside counsel and members of the judiciary, fosters high professional standards, and serves as a "litigation education" resource both to our membership and to the entire Section.
