Mission Statement

The Committee on Antitrust promotes excellence in the practice of antitrust law in various business activities in the United States and global market. The committee fosters this effort by offering programs presented by experienced antitrust practitioners and regulators at Section meetings. Through active communication with its members, the committee cultivates a substantive and valuable discourse on antitrust law and how it affects different business industries.
