Welcome to the State Enforcement Committee website. Our new name reflects the expanded the scope of our activities which include state enforcement involving consumer protection issues, in addition to antitrust matters.
Our site includes links to the activities of the commitee, including our annual plan, committee newsletters, and information about future and past brown bag and spring meeting programs.
In addition, the site provides access to a unique resource --our collection of state enforcement settlement documents, litigation documents, and multistate policy documents. See the link at th right to "Commitee Resources." We are in the process of updating these materials, and welcome volunteers who wish to help us in this process.
