Welcome to the Corporate Counseling Committee web page!
The Corporate Counseling Committee focuses on antitrust and outside counsel management issues that are particularly relevant to in-house legal counsel. It examines both issues of current concern as well as the process of counseling in order to aid committee members in effectively complying with the antitrust and consumer protection laws. The Corporate Counseling Committee is one of the most active committees of the ABA's Antitrust Section, with a long tradition of sponsoring informative and timely programs and projects. In recent years, the committee has sponsored numerous programs on issues of significant interest to attorneys who provide antitrust counseling.
This web page includes information about programs and publications, and links to resources on developments, enforcement trends, and counseling issues that are relevant to in-house legal counsel. We want the web page to be a useful and comprehensive resource for in-house counsel, so please let us know if you have any suggestions for making the page more useful.
Finally, we encourage you to join our Discussion List, through which we keep members informed of developments that are of interest to in-house counsel. If you are not already a member, please join.
We invite your suggestions and comments at any time, on any subject related to the Committee. You can contact me (adam.biegel@alston.com) or any other member of Committee Leadership.
