The ABA/BNA Lawyers' Manual On Professional Conduct is a nationally recognized multi volume reference and notification service that functions as a complete research tool in the field of professional responsibility. The Lawyers' Manual has three components: Current Reports, Reference Manual, and Ethics Opinions.
1. Current Reports: One binder; reports issued biweekly; index issued every 4 months.
The Current Reports component of the Lawyers' Manual serves a dual function: it offers the researcher a topically indexed guide to new opinions as they are issued by courts and disciplinary agencies and also provides reports on trends in professional responsibility. Published biweekly in an insert for easy filing, Current Reports is ideal for circulation among members of a law office.
Covering matters from malpractice law to conferences and legal literature, Current Reports is an indispensable resource for keeping abreast of major developments as they occur.
