The American College of Real Estate Lawyers (the "College") is herewith submitting to the Commission its comments on the Commission’s Interim Report. While the College’s comments focus on one area of disagreement with the recommendations in the Interim Report, our membership is extremely grateful for the insightful work of the members of the Commission and appreciates how much time and effort went into the Commission’s thoughtful analysis of this extremely difficult and complex issue.
