24th National Forum on Client Protecttion

About the Forum

The ABA Standing Committee on Client Protection invites you to attend the 24th National Forum on Client Protection. The Forum will be held on May 30-31. 2008, at the Seaport Hotel in Boston. The Forum is held in conjunction with the 34th National Conference on Professional Responsibility.

Since 1984, the ABA National Forum on Client Protection has been organized and presented by the Committee. The National Client Protection Organization (NCPO) provides assistance. The Forum is a national informational and educational program for professionals working in the area of client protection. It is an open arena for an informal exchange of ideas and provides a platform for all colleagues in the client protection field to foster ideas and share their experiences. Attendees include administrators and trustees of lawyers' funds for client protection, fee arbitration programs, and mediation programs; law professors; members of the judiciary; bar association officials; and private practitioners who concentrate their practices in the area of professional responsibility law.

NEW THIS YEAR!! Join us for the 2008 Michael Franck Professional Responsibility Award Luncheon on Thursday, May 29th to honor Professor Geoffrey C. Hazard, Jr. Conference attendees are invited to attend the luncheon at no additional fee by RSVP on the registration form and will receive a luncheon ticket at registration. Additional luncheon tickets for guests may be purchased for $40 each.
