Membership Committee
The Center Membership Committee provides leadership to the Membership Program, which was developed in 1993 to permit lawyers and judges to receive special benefits relating to Center publications, programs, educational initiatives and conference development. For an annual fee of $100, members receive ethics opinions of the ABA Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility as they are issued, revised editions of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct; a subscription to The Professional Lawyer; annual Symposium issue of The Professional Lawyer; CenterPiece membership newsletter, and discounts on Center publications and registration fees for the National Conference on Professional Responsibility and National Forum on Client Protection. A law student membership was added in the fall of 2003 for $20.00.
Center membership is a unique opportunity for all ABA members to achieve professional excellence in the practice of law through resources and guidance provided by the Center.
