1. ABA Presidential appointments are made for the ABA entities including its Standing Committees on Ethics & Professional Responsibility; Professional Discipline; Client Protection; and Professionalism; the chair of the Center’s Coordinating Council; and the Editorial Board of the ABA/BNA Lawyer’s Manual on Professional Conduct. 2. Center for Professional Responsibility programmatic committee members are appointed by the Chair of the Center Coordinating Council. Those include the Center’s Publications Board; Policy Implementation Committee; Strategic Development Committee; and Conference Planning Committee.
