The committee meets regularly to monitor the development of annual forums on the status, operation and improvement of procurement law at the state and local level.

New Web Conference and Chat Room Capabilities

The Public Contract Law State And Local Procurement Division has added a new method for Division members, and others, to keep abreast of, and discuss the current developments in public contract law issues of interest to state and local government practitioners.
