State And Local Procurement Division
Welcome to the home page for the ABA Section of
Public Contract Law State And Local Procurement Division.
Two central themes provide the fundamental foundation for all
activities of the State And Local Procurement Division: the personal,
professional growth of members and the sound development
of the law relating to procurement at the state and local level of government.
These two themes are captured in the many State And Local Procurement Division
committee's Mission Statements.
