Section Publications
The Section publishes the Public Contract Law Journal, the only national journal dedicated exclusively, yet broadly, to procurement. The Section also publishes a quarterly newsletter, The Procurement Lawyer, dedicated to bringing you the latest news relating to procurement and to highlighting the common issues and problems facing procurement officials and participants at all levels of government. The Section has embarked on a book publishing program to provide Section members with in-depth, targeted, scholarly analysis of current procurement topics that is unavailable elsewhere. The Section is entering its tenth year as the publisher of its Monograph Series on selected procurement topics.
