Mission

The Proceedings Committee was formed with the mission of developing a mechanism for making selected materials presented at the Quarterly meetings of the Council of the Section of Public Contract Law more readily available to section members and the public.

Committee Activities

The Ad Hoc Implementation Subcommittee developed for presentation at the Annual Meeting in San Francisco a pilot demonstration of our capability to publish proceedings materials on the Section's Web Page. The current focus of our efforts is to expand and maintain the content of this service. Procedures are being developed to make this process a routine result of Council and Committee activity.
