Operations Division

Welcome to the home page for the
ABA Section of Public Contract Law Operations Division.
Two central themes provide the fundamental foundation for all
activities of the Operations Division: the personal,
professional
growth of members and the sound development
of the public
contract law relating to operations topics.
These two themes are
captured in the many Operations
Divisions committees' Mission Statements.
