Committee Activities

The committee meets regularly to discuss issues and legal procedures concerning small business.

Committee Meetings

The ABA, Section of Public Contract Law, Small Business and Other Socioeconomic Programs Committee, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, March 30, 2005, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., in Room W8021 at the law offices of Venable, LLP, 575 7th Street, NW, 2300.

The Committee is pleased to announce that our speaker will be Gary Jackson, Assistant Administrator for Size Standards at the U.S. Small Business Administration. He will discuss the SBA's size standards initiative to simplify and restructure size standards, focusing on the December 3, 2004 Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.
