Mission

Reviews, monitors, and comments on developments and issues in government efforts to transfer control or ownership of government assets to private entities to encourage private ownership and investment in new assets to meet government needs and to conduct public/private competiitons for activities pursuant to OMD Circular-A76.  Address issues such as funding, contract terms and conditions, remedies, and continuing government roles.
