Committee Activities
The committee meets regularly every third Thursday of the month (except August and December) from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., at the offices of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, 1900 K Street, N.W. to discuss legislative developments in federal contract issues and the status of legislation pending before Congress. The committee also serves as coordinator of Section communications on federal legislative matters.
Committee Meetings
The July meeting of the Legislative Coordinating Committeee
will be held on Thursday, July 21st at 8:30 a.m. at the law offices
of McKenna Long & Aldridge, 1900 K Street, N.W.
Erin Conaton, deputy staff director for the House Armed Services
Committee's Ranking Member Ike Skelton, is our invited speaker. Erin
formerly worked on acquisition policy issues for the minority -- but
now, as deputy staff director for the minority, she handles ALL issues
related to full committee activities. So she can share with us her
views on the House version of the bill, and future outlook.

As a reminder, the Committee meets regularly on the third Thursday of every month at MLA.
