Committee Activities
For the 2004-05 bar year, the Commercial Products and Services Committee will have four co-chairs: John Howell, Mike Mason, Steve Pitler, and Carl Vacketta. (Call us the Hydra-headed co-chairs!) With the exception of the September and November meetings, meetings are scheduled to be held on the second Thursday, of the month, with all meetings beginning at noon.(excepting months when we do not hold a meeting or when one is held in conjunction with a Section quarterly event). Next Meeting-
The next meeting of the Commercial Products and Services
Committee will be held from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 12,
2005, at Piper Rudnick LLP, 1200 19th Street, N.W., Suite 700. (The
closest metro stop is Dupont Circle.) The meeting will be held in the
Lincoln Conference Room.
We will be discussing legislative, regulatory, judicial, and policy
developments, including an update on the comments prepared by the
Committee on consequential damages and post award audits in response
to the recent GSA Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.

person. We can arrange for a call-in number for those who would like
