  • organizations as a client;
  • scope and objectives of representation;
  • communication with clients;
  • duties to former clients and more.

Telephone and Online Access Recommended

This program has separate audio teleconference and online components. Registrants will have to dial into the audio teleconference and, in order to view the online components, log into the Web site. This program will use the Internet to deliver live program content via Microsoft Live Meeting, which most computers support. In order to access the interactive components, participants’ computers must be connected to the Internet. Links to test your system and install the Live Meeting plug-in will be provided. The optimum way to participate in the program is as a webcast while listening to the teleconference.  If you cannot be at your computer and wish to take the audio-only teleconference, please print out the slides ahead of time in order to follow along.
