Program Description

This program is ideal for young lawyers who want to get ready for summer by packing away those cold weather clothes and learning how to pack up their cases into a final summation.

Every lawyer knows that a strong closing can clinch the case  - indeed, it is one of the most important aspects of a trial.  Participants will learn how to persuade courts and juries with a winning closing argument that is presented in a polished, organized and effective manner.

Our expert panel will:

  • address the general organization and structure of the argument
  • assist you in effectively presenting and arguing your case theory
  • provide the tools necessary to help you use the evidence to your advantage
  • explain the use of effective visual aids,  and
  • review the use of jury instructions and special verdict forms.
