Program Description

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is about to release the 2009 Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) proposed rule.  Last year's PFS proposal not only addressed payment policies, but also proposed new Stark and anti-markup rules and solicited comments on a wide variety of issues affecting physicians and other providers.

  • What's in store for this year?
  • Will there be new Stark proposals wrapped up in the box?
  • What else will change the landscape for physicians in 2009 and how will that change affect hospital-physician relationships?
During this teleconference and live audio webcast, you’ll “stand in the shoes” of our expert panel consisting of government and private-sector speakers.  They will show you the big picture and lead you through at least some of the fine print as well.  Join this important teleconference and find out what the 2009 PFS proposals will mean for your clients and how tomorrow's rules affect what you do today.
