Program Description

With more companies today doing business globally, it is critical to understand price regulation in the EU and other non-U.S. jurisdictions and how it compares to the prohibitions of the Robinson-Patman Act and its state analogues.

In this 90-minute program, U.S. and non-U.S. practitioners describe the key attributes of non-U.S. pricing regulations and compare them to U.S. law, including the role of dominance principles in EU and Latin American regulation of price discrimination. This will be an excellent opportunity for U.S. lawyers to gain a better understanding of how non-U.S. pricing laws may affect their clients, and for non-U.S. lawyers to gain a better understanding of how U.S price discrimination law differs from the price regulations in their jurisdictions.
