This CLE Now! audio program will explain how the legal fights over water are beginning to developing in legislatures, regulatory agencies, and the courts at both the state and federal levels, as well as how those battles differ from region to region. Although the law has governed access to water for centuries, the legal system may not be prepared to sort out the issues that now are emerging.
This is an important issue for any lawyer, but especially those in the real estate and development fields, attorneys for government bodies and regulatory agencies, business lawyers, those working in the energy, resource and environmental fields, and litigators.
