MCLE News
Nebraska Becomes MCLE State
Nebraska has instituted mandatory continuing legal education beginning in January 2010. The Supreme Court Commission on MCLE will be the accrediting body for approved CLE in Nebraska. Nebraska attorneys will be required to take a minimum of 10 hours of accredited CLE each year, with at least 2 of those hours being in the area of professional responsibility. The annual reporting date will be December 31. Nebraska's MCLE rules can be found on the Nebraska Supreme Court Web site.
