To Access the Teleconference
Dial 800.615.4380 several minutes before the start of the program and give the operator your name and personal identification number (PIN).
If you have not received a PIN , please use your LAST NAME as your PIN.
We will begin sending confirmation e-mails containing your PIN four business days before the program. If you registered the day before the program or on the program date, use your last name as a temporary PIN. Operators will have a list to verify your participation.

To Access the Discussion Board
Discuss this program with fellow participants and ask additional questions of the faculty for one day after the program using the ABA Discussion Boards. Click here to log into the ABA Web site and go to this program’s discussion board.* After accessing the board, click on "New Topic" to post a question or click on the name of a topic to view the question and its replies. Questions posted within 24 hours of the live program will be answered by the faculty within 7 days of the live program. The program's discussion board will remain open indefinitely for continued discussion on the topic with other participants.

To Obtain CLE Credit

Complete the Program Evaluation immediately following the program. Once it has been submitted, you will be redirected to the attendance confirmation form.

Print, complete and sign the attendance confirmation form and fax it to 312.988.5368 no later than August 29, 2009.

A Certificate of Attendance will be faxed to you within 4-6 weeks after the program.
Failure to submit the form by the above deadline will result in a delay in receiving your Certificate of Attendance.
