The authors of The Winning Argument provide practical approaches, insightful analysis and completing strategies to make your next argument—before a judge, jury, colleague, or in mediation—persuasive and effective. The presentation will focus on singular characteristics of advocacy by drawing upon specific principles of persuasive techniques, including how to focus on the listener, how to capitalize on ethos, and how to improve delivery.
