The provisions of the law that passed last year brought major changes to bankruptcy law and are just now kicking in. Lawyers are concerned about how the new law is causing major upheaval as both lawyers and debtors adjust to the stricter new regime. In many cases, the new law is having some unexpected impact. With some time having passed to ponder the new law, this article would take an in-depth look at how it changes the bankruptcy process for clients and lawyers. The article and audio program will also would look at the effect the new law has in particular practice areas, such as domestic relations.
