The Masters on Depositions
Demonstrations and Tactics from America's Leading Trial Lawyers

This program is available only to ABA members. If you are not already logged into the ABA Web site, you will be prompted to do so after submitting your registration.
Sponsored by the ABA Section of Litigation, Young Lawyers Division, and ABA-CLE
Some lawyers believe that the sole purpose of taking a deposition is to discover information. Today's successful litigator knows that the deposition is much more than an information-gathering process. A nationally recognized panel of trial lawyers, including Ron Cohen, the past chair of the ABA Section of Litigation, share tactics and strategies for taking an effective deposition. Members of the panel demonstrate techniques such as "boxing in" and "sequencing."
