From Anatomy of a Murder and To Kill a Mockingbird to My Cousin Vinnie, the movies are infatuated with trials and trial lawyers. After all, there's inherent drama in the trial process--and sometimes even humor. In turn, lawyers often point to film to help make their points about how to litigate effectively. This ABA Connection Teleconference will ask several leading trial lawyers to discuss their favorite trial film and what it teaches about effective trial techniques.
