Franchising has been around for some 40 years, but it's still a relatively new area of law–and it's going through some growing pains. This article and teleconference will focus on one important aspect of franchise law and how it's changing: the legal relationship between franchisors and franchisees. It's a crucial aspect of the franchise arrangement, but there is growing discussion about just what the relationship should be.
